This public art work was developed for the Utah Unified State Lab Facility, where they test for infectious disease, forensic toxins, and more. “Aletheia” means “truth” in Greek so together Howard and I tell the story of seeking truth, the scientific finding, through the symbol of an enormous pearl, lighted from the inside.
