Their 3-season porch is surrounded by lush trees and plants, overlooking a verdant ravine, so the idea was to bring the outside in, using a 6 square-foot mirror. The frame is the sculpture, with 6 layers of powder coated steel. They loved that the sculpture slyly includes CQ, their last name initials carved deep inside.
During an initial chat, you and I will look at other art in your collection, discuss the scale, style, materials and budget for your sculpture. Of course I’ll keep you involved with sketches, timelines, and conversations.
